Online-gambling company FanDuel Group has promoted its compliance chief, Carolyn Renzin, to become its new chief legal officer.
Ms. Renzin will continue to oversee the company’s compliance function along with legal, risk, regulatory engagement and responsible gaming functions, according to a company spokesman.
She began her career with FanDuel in early 2021, according to her LinkedIn profile, and previously served as the company’s chief risk and compliance officer. Before joining the company, she was an assistant general counsel for JPMorgan Chase & Co., where she worked as a regulatory litigator.
Ms. Renzin also gained regulatory experience from her time at consulting firm Guidepost Solutions
