Detroit casinos amassed $101.6 million in revenue between sports betting, slots, and table games in September, according to the latest data from the Michigan Gaming Control Board (MGCB).
The figure is down 4.4% compared to August 2023 gaming revenue in Detroit and down 0.6% compared to September 2022.
September’s slots and table game numbers brought an end to a nine-month streak of $100 million monthly table game and slots revenue.
In September, Detroit’s three casinos generated $99,991,384 in revenue from its table games and slot machines. It was only the fifth time revenue fell below $100 million since January 2022… The three casinos paid $8.1 million in taxes to the state, according to the MGCB.
