Later this month, Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto’s ramen restaurant, Momosan, will open at Foxwoods Resort Casino.
The restaurant will open on Thursday, June 26, and will be the seventh location of his ramen and Japanese dining concept and the first at a Northeast casino, according to a news release.
The opening of the restaurant marks the first concept at Foxwoods Resort Casino serving casual ramen and izakaya offerings, according to the news release.
“This concept is deeply personal to me as it shows Japanese cuisine’s innovation and soul,” Morimoto said in the news release. “At Momosan, every dish is carefully crafted to be comforting, with careful attention to detail, ensuring a memorable dining experience.”
