New Haven apizza is coming to Foxwoods Resort Casino!
On Thursday, the casino confirmed they will soon be home to the flagship location of Sally’s Apizza, the longtime pizza shop famous to New Haven.
Founded on New Haven’s historic Wooster Street in 1938, Sally’s is set to pay a “modern homage” to their roots while matching the energy of Foxwoods.
They’ll take over the current California Kitchen space in the Great Cedar Concourse, which is set to close on Jan. 4.
“This isn’t just about welcoming an icon; it’s about bringing that legacy to life where Sally’s signature coal‑fired craftsmanship meets the energy and amenities of New England’s premier integrated resort destination,” Jason Guyot, the president and CEO of Foxwoods Resort Casino, said.
