Carnival Cruise Line has launched a new fleetwide interactive lottery that links all ships and provides eligible guests the chance to win up to US$1 million through a daily draw.
The lottery is a partnership with TimePlay, whose interactive entertainment technology connects players in real time, creating a shared onboard gaming experience Carnival says has not been seen before at sea.
Guests can once boarded purchase tickets to any upcoming daily draw via the Carnival HUB app, with all participating Carnival ships in North America and Europe joining the same coordinated draw. Each draw is conducted electronically, generating a winning number and a range of secondary prizes, Carnival explained.
