Many Southern California casinos shuttered their buffets during the pandemic. As a sense of normalcy to pre-pandemic times returned, some reopened while others came up with a new concept. The Marketplace by Fabio Viviani at Morongo Casino Resort & Spa is the latest to add a new restaurant in its former buffet space.
The Marketplace resembles a food hall and will serve plates inspired by different cuisines from around the world, including Italian, Mexican/South American, BBQ, Pan-Asian, Brazilian Churrascaria and a desserts station.
