Strawberry Fields, which is located west of Interstate 5 just south of South Bonnyview Road, will see the new casino be built on the property in the coming years.

Lane Rickard, the Government Relations Manager for the Redding Rancheria, says that the Rancheria is proud to play their part in giving back to the community and that their goal is to build a world-class resort, creating jobs and bringing business to Shasta County.

Shasta County Assistant CEO Eric Margini is in talks with the Rancheria in order to discuss the financial considerations for services to the new casino location.
