Eagle Mountain Casino in Porterville announced it has given out $300,000 worth of holiday incentives to its workforce.
The incentive program started during Thanksgiving and lasted through Christmas, featuring gifts and prizes totaling more than $300,000 in value for team members. During Thanksgiving, the gifts included $25 gift cards to $350 Visa pre-paid cards, and all team members received $50 gift certificates to Porterville’s Town & Country grocery store and a free paid day off.
In December, the theme was “Nightmare before Christmas,” and team members were treated to weekly drawings, catering and door prizes, according to a news release… Prizes included more Visa cards, Walmart gift cards, a $1,000 Visa card, Apple Air Pods, tablets, laptops and 50-inch televisions.
