Delta council recently gave final approval for an application to expand the hotel next door to the Cascades Casino Delta.
The Delta Hotels by Marriott – Vancouver Delta expansion consists of a new six-storey wing on the northwest side of the existing hotel building. The addition will comprise five levels of hotel space above ground level parking.
The approximately 51,817-square-foot expansion will provide 69 additional rooms, resulting in a total of 193 rooms for the hotel.
Opened in 2022, the Highway 17A hotel is owned and operated by South Fraser Hotel LP, which is jointly owned by P.R. Hotels Ltd. and Meridian Development Corporation.
