Sports data company Genius Sports and bookmaker Bet365 have expanded their long-term agreement to cover an enhanced package of sports video content, including NFL betting streaming and data rights outside the US.
Bet365 was one of the first bookmakers to take Genius Sport’s official fast path data for the English Premier League, which it had secured as part of five-year deal with data rights-holder Football DataCo (FDC) from 2019-20 to 2023-24.
Under the expanded deal, the bookmaker will add the international streaming rights to the NFL, real-time NFL statistics through Genius’s Next Gen Stats service, as well as “several top-tier global soccer competitions”, the company said.
