Arkansans could soon be able to use FanDuel and DraftKings after the Arkansas Racing Commission cleared the way for the gambling giants to enter the state via partnerships with two casinos.
Oaklawn Casino is partnering with FanDuel, and Southland Casino is partnering with DraftKings. Both casinos expressed excitement about the prospect of a national brand backing their online betting programs.
The nearby Saracen casino, however, expressed frustration about the commission’s decision.
Carlton Saffa with Saracen stated the casino is strongly opposed to the two national sportsbooks coming to the Natural State in Thursday’s meeting.
