In a strategic partnership with Fast Track, betting and gaming company BetConstruct has integrated a third-party customer relationship management solution for the first time.

“We are thrilled to partner with Fast Track, a company that mirrors our ethos of innovation and excellence. This partnership is a fusion of strengths, bringing together BetConstruct’s gaming and betting solutions with Fast Track’s expertise in player engagement and retention,” said Gegham Yegoryan, BetConstruct’s chief product officer.

Using Fast Track’s CRM product, BetConstruct will deliver targeted and personalized content in an attempt to boost player engagement, retention and loyalty. BetConstruct will leverage Fast Track’s AI-driven Singularity Model to analyze player behavior in real time.

Simon Lidzén, CEO and Co-founder of Fast Track, told CDC Gaming: “This partnership brings together two companies with shared values of innovation and excellence. With BetConstruct’s cutting-edge platform and Fast Track’s AI-powered CRM solution, every sportsbook and iGaming customer will enjoy a tailored and exceptional player experience.

This deal comes after another CRM platform provider, Quick Custom Intelligence, said last week that it has expanded its services to more than 75 sites in Nevada. Ross Gdovin, vice president of marketing at Golden Entertainment, said QCI’s Host CRM platform has helped streamline operations and provided a seamless and personalized experience.
