The Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers on Monday announced that membership elected a new board at its 2025 Annual Meeting, and a new chairman, Ainsworth Game Technology Chief Operating Officer Ryan Comstock.
Comstock previously served as AGEM treasurer and succeeds Robert Parente as chairman for a two years. Parente, Light & Wonder Executive Vice President & Chief Business Development Officer, remains on the board as treasurer for a one year.
One-year terms on the board were approved for:

- Thomas Jingoli, Konami Gaming Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, as secretary
- Parente
- Elaine Hodgson, Incredible Technologies President and CEO, as director
- Luke Orchard, IGT Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance & Risk Management Officer, as director
- David Lucchese, Everi Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing & Digital, as director
- Lauralyn Sandoval, Aristocrat Gaming Vice President of New Markets, as director
- Randy Gilbert, TableTrac Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operation Officer, as director
The AGEM Board also approved the creation of positions for a forthcoming AGEM Europe Committee designee and an ex-officio/non-voting representative from Global Gaming Women, both in the months ahead. A statement said that these efforts aim to “further expand the perspectives and voices within AGEM from the global gaming supplier community.”
