Arrow International recently acquired the assets of Grover Gaming Printing, the paper pull tab division of Grover Gaming, including all physical assets.
“This acquisition is a fantastic opportunity for us to significantly expand Arrow’s longstanding commitment to the regulated charitable gaming market and further reinforces our position as the one-stop shop for innovative charitable gaming solutions,” the company said in a statement. “We are using these new capabilities to efficiently fill orders and enhance the service we provide to our customers. Ultimately, this investment reinforces Arrow’s core belief in helping charities accomplish great things in their communities, and we are proud to be an even stronger partner in their vital work.”
Based in Cleveland, Ohio, Arrow has been manufacturing pull tabs and bingo-related equipment since 1967. Arrow employs more than 1,500 employees with manufacturing facilities in Seattle and London in addition to Cleveland. The company also employs more than 500 route sales and service professionals who directly engage with more than 17,000 local nonprofit organizations.
The acquisition of Grover Gaming Printing will further Arrow’s domestic footprint, “not just in the Southeastern U.S., but across all 48 states, as well as in Canada and the United Kingdom,” the company stated.
Arrow’s team of 1,600 people across three continents will not be affected, the company added.
The company also said it always seeks opportunities to enhance the services it offers to community partners. By integrating Grover Gaming Printing’s assets, Arrow will expand its product offerings and reinforce its “commitment to delivering the highest-quality products and services to its customers.”
“We continue to believe we are best positioned to lead the way in charitable gaming because of our experience, longevity, and long-standing relationships across the industry,” the company stated. “Arrow is proud to pave the future of charitable gaming and to help raise funds for essential resources that positively impact communities around the world.”
