U.S. Integrity and the American Cornhole League have partnered to enhance integrity tools and visibility to ACL events, starting this spring.
The league was founded in 2015 to coordinate all professional and amateur cornhole events in the United States and beyond. It experienced a surge in popularity during the COVID-19 pandemic and subsequently signed a deal with CBS to broadcast its events. Betting on ACL events has become available at several sportsbooks as coverage increases, with more expected to offer wagers in the coming future.
U.S. Integrity offers reporting, analysis and educational tools to help betting operators maintain integrity and fairness. The company operates a conflict-free service, where its representatives do not engage in activities like recommending betting-related actions or distributing event data to operators. It is backed by SeventySix Capital, a venture capital company specializing in sports betting and esports.
Under the agreement, USI will provide ACL with a comprehensive suite of services aimed at athletes, officials and other stakeholders in the cornhole community. Services include access to USI’s data analysis tools and digital e-learning platform, designed to educate and alert individuals involved in ACL events about potential threats to the integrity of matches.
In addition, as betting operators start accepting wagers on ACL events, USI will offer integrity monitoring services through its proprietary dashboard, including data intelligence and fraud prevention capabilities.
“As we continue to grow and offer our fans opportunities to bet on our sport, it is essential that we have the key educational and monitoring services in place to guard against any improprieties,” ACL Commissioner Stacey Moore said in a press release. “The league is very pleased to have a world-class organization like U.S. Integrity provide us with those critical protections.”
“We’re thrilled to work and collaborate with the team at the American Cornhole League, as the timing of this partnership aligns perfectly with their 2024 season,” added Matthew Holt, U.S. Integrity’s CEO & co-founder. “U.S. Integrity’s mission is to provide conflict-free, best-in-class insights and compliance solutions to our clients, and the team at ACL is now part of that mission.”
This partnership follows closely a similar agreement between U.S. Integrity and LIV Golf. Last week, the company announced it would provide LIV Golf access to ProhiBet, a technology for detecting prohibited gaming behavior.
LIV Golf Chief Operating Officer Lawrence Burian said the deal establishes “the highest standards in all aspects of our competition processes and operations, (which) is of primary importance to LIV Golf.” The company also has signed partnerships with the Big East and Missouri Valley Conference.
