Ainsworth Gaming Technology Monday introduced Nancy Ramirez Ayala as its SVP, General Counsel and Group Compliance Officer.
“Nancy’s passion for her work in the legal and compliance side of the gaming world is evident,” said Ainsworth’s CEO Harald Neumann in a statement. “She is exactly the right person with the right experience to shepherd us through the period of growth we are undergoing now. We look forward to working with her as she moves into this role, and we continue to take on the challenges of the changing and growing markets we serve.”
Before joining Ainsworth, Ayala was Vice President of Legal at Rush Street Interactive and William Hill U.S. assistant General Counsel/Intellectual Property Counsel, where she was a key member of the in-house legal team for sports wagering and online gaming operations.
